Our home

Hi there. NB Dates are approximate and negotiable
Hoping for single or couple to house-sit my villa and look after my friendly cat (Leyla).
I live on the edge of Cambridge with parking right in front of my garage. The villa is all one level with a covered portico looking out onto a green reserve.
If you're keen on walking and cycling there are endless options in and near the area.

If you're keen on walking and cycling there are endless options in and near the area.
Leyla comes and goes via cat door and is fairly regular with mealtimes (as well as grazing access to dry food all day) and she enjoys smooching and hanging out on your lap in evenings - not so much in the hot summer months.
Cambridge township is a short 5 min drive and there's also a Fresh Choice Supermarket, Joes Garage cafe/bar and Nosh restaurant literally just out the gate and round the corner.
My villa is in a quiet over 50's gated community with security gates closed and patrols at night.

I had a lovely housesit in Cathy's place. Cathy's garden was exquisite, the blossoms were coming into full flourish and she had a robust vegetable garden which she generously invited me to help myself to (including fresh courgettes - delicious!). The location was right in the centre of Hamilton but the house was tucked away so it felt nice and private, being at the end of a long driveway. The cats had lots of character, Batcat was very friendly and affectionate and enjoyed keeping an eye on me, following me around the house. Leyla was very easy to care for and was independent. Cathy had excellent communication and was available and responsive whenever I had a question or needed help.

I have so appreciated house/cat sitting for Cathy and her lovely cats. Her friendly welcoming demeanor was refreshing, with fabulous communications. Her home was sweet and comfortable. Being in a gated village made for a slow paced peacefulness and security. Her cats were such a delight and both becoming cuddly within a short time. I would readily recommend Cathy as a lovely house sit and would happily sit for her and the two fluffy ones again. Kind regards Vicki-maree
Lovely house sitting job, The house was clean and tidy when I arrived, the cats absolutely no trouble. Cathy was super organized with a list of all the information I needed so everything was clear and easy. Her communication was brilliant and she left me to it. Highly recommend this as a house sitting job.
Cathy was a delight to deal with and a good communicator. Cathy's home was very comfortable, immaculate and in a fantastic central location. Bat Cat and Leila were very easy care and loved sleeping on the end of our bed. They did take a few days to warm up to us. This was a great housesit and we would highly recommend. We would love to sit again for Cathy, if our calendars aligned.
This was an enjoyable stay & Cathy made us feel at home in a lovely warm house whilst also being always able to get out and about. I loved house-sitting for Cathy and taking care of the snuggly 'Batcat and Leyla.' A beautifully clean, comfortable and relaxing home to spend time in, the Spa was a treat!! Cathy is a warm and welcoming person with fabulous communication. I feel as though I've made a new friend. Thanks Cathy for inviting me back 😁.
Thank you Cathy for a lovely stay at your home! the cats were wonderful company and its so close to everything you need, including beautiful walks by the river! I appreciated the time to rest and having a lap cat to keep warm was nice too ^_^ Wouldnt hesitate to housesit again in future and definitely recommend to anyone!
