Our home

Small fully renovated cottage due to cyclone damage. Warm and has an attic bedroom. Double glazed and two heat pumps. (Lounge and bedroom). Rural setting and very quiet. Well water with a softener. Reliable internet and television. Very sunny especially in morning with large walnut trees around property.
One large bedroom and would not like other people staying.
There is the original homestead damaged by cyclone. It is still yellow ticketed and no access permitted.

Quite area next to orchard. 5 Kms from Puketapu store and pub. 5 kms from Taradale central. Very quiet. sun all day round.

8year old black Labrador dog. Very friendly. He has large secure area. Feed morning and evening. Not to be over fed as after all he is a lab. He sleeps outside on the porch and he has a place in the lounge where he can sit. He is very sociable. Would prefer someone who would be around property part of the day at least for company

2 chooks are free range but not currently laying. Do give them chook food now and again. You can eat the chooks if you like.
