Sheltered deck to watch the tui and wax-eyes enjoy their feeder and bird bath with large partly contained garden.

Port Albert General Store nearby and 10 min drive into Wellsford, inside parking for 1 car, 250m walk to the road, letterbox, etc. Mostly surrounded by pasture and trees - gardens and orchard mostly in winter mode but probably some citrus.
Historic Albertland area,
Tradesmen available locally for all services if required.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

Tidal to edge of lawn, small "jetty" to access the river, plenty of gardens to wander around in, rural and mostly very quiet. As the residence is 12kn from Wellsford most services are a 10-minute drive away.

We are a retired couple with children and grandchildren who regularly visit, property is mostly child friendly except along the river for non-swimmers. We garden quite a lot.

Important info

No special requirements, but 1 cat to feed and possibly some inside pot-plants to water. Wood fire for heating can be used as desired or electric heaters. Very rarely power may go off for short periods or a few hours but candles and lamps available.
