It is a one bedroom apartment plus seperate lounge and bathroom, with a large modern alley style kitchen. It has a balcony off the lounge which enjoys views over Glen Innes out to Rangitoto in the distance.
I have nice modern furniture, a nice lounge sofa, a 65" full HDTV, with Apple TV - but I do not have WiFi. I normally just connect my unlimited phone data hotspot to my TV and stream.
I have nice modern appliances and heating/air conditioning. The house is overall very tidy and well maintained, I keep everything very clean and would clean before anyone was to stay here.
I dont want any guests or visitors in my home while im away, this is my sacred place of calm :)

Nice views from Balcony, extremely quiet and safe house. Double glazed windows. Very secure, peaceful and respectable neighbours.

Hi there,
I'm having to unfortunately go into medical surgery.
I wish I could look after my Hazel(Hazey) during this time but I cant. She is the best dog. She is extremely well behaved and passive. She is my best friend, she's a small-medium sized Staffy X, shes an absolute sweetheart. She loves cuddles and will lay next to you (and ontop of you) and literally hug you for the duration of an entire movie plus more if you let her. She loves people and other Animals.
She is calm, extremely smart, and loves car rides - and ofcourse loves walkies. She is well trained and listens well when spoken to correctly. She is fully house trained. And is a very smart girl - she seeks to please.
She will miss me ALOT, and I know this will be hard on her so I want to find the right person that will properly look after her and give her the love and attention she needs. She is a very emotionally bonded loving dog.
I've been through a lot in my life and my best friend has really helped me a lot. I want to ensure she is looked after appropriately and treated as good as I treat her. Shes an extremely valued member of my family and I want her to feel she has not been abandoned while I am gone. I will be back!
She will be fully cleaned and washed etc before I depart and l'd like to meet and see how she responded a to her temporary carer before I go.
I'd also like to have the ability to check-in with you while I'm travelling to see how she is doing. Some photos would be great.
Regular walks around the block, someone that spends time with her and looks after her, is a must. Ideally someone that is work-from-home would be nice.
