Brand new, high spec, city centre townhouse within the 4 avenues.
Backs on to the river, you'd never know you were in the middle of the city!

Super warm and high spec.

Being in the middle of the city, without feeling like it! Great space inside the 4 avenues. Nice walks just outside the back door, and seconds to anywhere in the city! Best of both.

Nice house very central to the city. Luke was very nice and Bruce and Holly were lovely and full of energy.

Great central location with two adorable goldies who loved going on long walks in the nearby red zone. Would love to look after Bruce & Holly again!
We had the best time looking after holly and Bruce! They’re such lovely dogs and loved to go on lots of walks with us. Holly has loads of energy but we were happy to tire her out! Lukes house is lovely and modern and right in the centre of town - great to explore Christchurch. Would highly recommend to other house sitters
