Our home

Family 3bd home on full section near end of a cul-de-sac road, down a right of way with 2 other homes. Very peaceful, north facing with elevated views of the mount. Modern recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. Heaps of off street parking. Approx 1km to Brookfield shops, 5km to downtown Tauranga and 12km to the Mount Beach.

Our home is a bright north facing property with beautiful views of the Mount (Mauao). A comfortable base for anyone wanting to enjoy a summer fortnight in the Bay. In summer it's peaceful, quiet but only 15min from the beach. We have two lovely parks in walking distance and access to bike trails.

Our pets

We have two friendly dogs who get on really well together and are well socialised:
- 9yr old huntaway x who is affectionate and easy going
- 1yr old kelpie/heeler x who is playful and obedient
The dogs have access to a fenced backyard and dog flap making day to day care straightforward. They enjoy regular walks and company.

Minimal - We will have a small summer garden which you can forage from. Depending on the weather it may need 10 min watering every 2nd or 3rd day.
