Our home

Our home is a large (370m2) single story house, with 6 bedrooms (although one has been converted to a gym/office, so only 5 are used as bedrooms). 2 bathrooms with 3 toilets (one in ensuite and 2 stand alone). 3 separate living areas plus garage which has been converted into man cave + dogs living area.
No undercover parking (due to man cave) but our property is gated and we have plenty of secure off street parking.

We are on 2.5acres in the hills of Whakamarama, sitting on a dairy farm (which is separately owned and operated), with stunning views out over the ocean/islands and the rolling Mindon hills.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

Incredibly quiet and peaceful with stunning views, and only 20 minutes drive to Tauranga City or 30 minutes to Mt Maunganui.
Also 15 minutes to either Omokoroa or Bethlehem town centres for supermarket, restaurants etc.

Our pets

Dogs (2)

Rocky and Ringo are our pet dogs. We adopted them as rescue dogs (brothers) at 3 months old in June 2020, not really knowing how big they would get…
They are now very big dogs, but they are the perfect dogs for a big lifestyle property.
