Cosy home 3 bedroom home in the town of Paeroa Waikato. House is fully fenced with a front gate. There is plenty of parking on the driveway. Room for a campervan if you have one.
Heatpump in the lounge.
Internet.
TV with Netflix, You Tube.
Gas hot water.
Good shower and bath.
The spare bedroom where you will be sleeping has a new queen size bed. There is a big chest of drawers which can be used and a wardrobe.
All town amenities are in a 10 minute walking distance.

Amber 2.5 year old gentle German Shepherd female who was hand reared so thinks she is human with very good temperament. She is a couch potato and is obedience trained with quite a vocabulary of words. Very loving.
Soxey is an 11 year old cat who prefers to live outside my front door who is shy of visitors. You just feed and forget.

PENNY (May 2018 - 4 days)

We enjoyed our house sit at Carolines. Even though she was doing some renovations, everything was easy to manage. Bailey the dog was quite a character, very intelligent and loved her walks. Moki the cat was very affectionate too. Caroline was so easy going and friendly, it was a pleasure to be there, thankyou.
