Our home

My home is a 70SQM brand new build with one bedroom, a living area/kitchen, full bathroom and a study area. There is also a 25SQM guest studio on the property and with a single garage and a shed. I am only moving in, in early October so all will still be very new but it will be complete and fully furnished, suitable to a single person or a couple with minimal cleaning due to the dwelling size. Its an absolutely beautiful area of Cambridge with stunning sun sets over the valley in front of the house, designed to make the most of sunrise and all day sun on the decking area. If you love peaceful country environments then you will enjoy this property. Central Cambridge is 15 minutes away.

Two male mini Daschunds, Barnie (12) and Billy (6) who are used to having company for most of the day. Currently no specific health issues and two very loving little boys.

Minimal - This is a new build on an acre and a quarter - so its a bit of a guess but would likely have the lawns mowed regularly and just require watering of pots and some basic weeding to keep things tidy in a small section of garden surrounding the main dwelling. The bigger area would be mowed independently

I had a great stay with Billy, Buddy, and Barnie at Sandy and Jean-Paul’s home. The boys are very social and affectionate, each with their own distinct personality and a lovely way of making sure you tune in to them. It was a pleasure to spend time with them. The house is easy to maintain and very conveniently located right next to town. Waipu is an awesome little spot with the beach just a few minutes away.
