Our home

To look after the house and to care for one Labrador dog and one Burmese cat. There is a swimming pool.
Our property is by a reserve overlooking the Tauranga inner harbour. Very quiet and peaceful.
It is only eight minutes from Katikati and twenty minutes from Waihi Beach as well as great bush walks.
We were prefer someone who doesn't work away from home as don't like the idea of our dog being shut up every day.

Judith and Guy are lovely people and kept in regular contact. Missy is such a sweet dog and Barney the cat is very affectionate and a character. The house is lovely with large gardens and a view of the ocean. There is a reserve right next to the house to walk the dog which was really nice. I highly recommend this sit!

The detailed notes were very helpful and it was good to meet you beforehand to be clear about the feeding and routines of your pets. Missy is right at the top of our list for the sweetest and most affectionate labrador we've had the pleasure of getting to know. She's had two long walks each day so hope we haven't worn her out! We had a wonderful relaxing time looking after Guy & Judith's place and pets whilst they were on holiday down south. We fell in love with Missy and Barney and were genuinely sad to say goodbye to them as well as the neighbours whom we made friends with during our stay. The gardens are gorgeous and we enjoyed looking after them and also sampling some of the produce!

Judith and Guy are exceptional hosts, very kind and welcoming. Their place is absolutely magical. Missy and Barney are such loving animals, very easy to look after. We will miss them so much. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend.
