Hello! We have a modern 4 bedroom home located in West Auckland. I'm needing someone to ensure Indie is fed, walked, and loved while I'm away. Please note Indie struggles with isolation anxiety and struggles to be alone (she loves her humans!) so I would need someone with her 24/7 so this would probably best suit either someone who works from home and/or a couple so someone can pop out as needed. Please get in touch if you are available (even for some of the time) and able to look after her.

We do usually set up an above ground pool over the summer months as well!

Dates are somewhat flexible and I can accommodate a few days to either side of dates listed.

We have a large modern home (4 bed, 2.5 bath and one room set up as an office) in Te Atatu peninsula, West Auckland, 15 minutes to the CBD off peak. Our home is in a lovely parklike setting with coastal walks at your doorstep. There are cafes and shops within 5-10 min walk away.

We are looking for someone to come stay with Indie, our 6 year old rescue pup while we are away in the U.S. visiting family. Indie is an anxious dog and struggles to be home alone so would prefer a couple or pair of friends, and ideally someone who works from home and is able to be with her most of the time. We understand this is a big thing to ask of someone, so there will be times that Indie will go stay with her foster dad for days and overnights. She can also go to doggie daycare occasionally and/or go to a sitter's home for the day and sometimes overnight to give you a break.

Our house is fully fenced, comfortable, and with a lovely outdoor area. Please be in touch if you feel like you are a good fit and are available for the dates listed - this can be a bit flexible as well.

medicationMedication/treatment required

Indie takes medication (capsules) daily with breakfast. She may sometimes miss them in her bowl but if you wrap them in cheese or peanut butter (provided), that'll do the trick!

Aquí tenés la traducción al inglés: We’ve spent a wonderful few weeks in Te Atatū Peninsula with Indie. The house is very comfortable, bright, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Indie is a wonderful and sweet companion whom we truly enjoyed and will definitely miss. Shannon and Simon have been very kind from the beginning, and communication was smooth throughout the whole process. Without a doubt, this has been a great pet sitting experience for us.

Indie is a lovely girl and a pleasure to look after. Shannon was very organised and upfront about everything that was needed, and left plenty of information. Comfy house with fully fenced area for Indie, and fast wifi for my work. Had a great time and miss my sofa snuggles with Indie! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a house sit.
