It is a simple house in a quite neighbourhood with harbour views, a garden, fire place, heat pump and all things you need to be comfortable. There will be a bedroom available for the right person to sleep in.

The two cats are easy care and need feeding twice, clean water and food out and otherwise the love that they might ask for.
The dog is a big goofball dog who loves walks and is used to walks. He is good with other dogs and loves people. He is likely to only be in the home for half of the week but does not like to be left alone for more than short periods at a time.
