We live in a modern, single-level home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms — warm, comfortable, and easy to get around, in a friendly, safe neighbourhood close to Orewa Beach. The property is fully fenced, giving Rocky plenty of safe space to roam and play in the yard. There are also nearby parks, great for extra walks and letting Rocky sniff around to his heart's content.

Rocky is a gentle, energetic chocolate labrador who loves affection, playtime, and a good sniff around the neighbourhood. He's great with kids and has a sweet, loving nature, though he can be a little anxious at times and gets nervous around some other dogs, so he does best with a calm, patient approach on walks. Rocky knows his commands well — sit, wait, go, and here — and is used to sitting and waiting patiently before meals until he's given the okay to eat. Care required:

1–2 walks a day
Fed twice a day
Lots of affection and playtime — he thrives on attention
Gentle handling around his anxiety, and awareness of other dogs on walks
He'll reward his sitter with plenty of cuddles and loyal companionship!
