The outdoor area offers a fully functional sauna and cold plunge which is available for your use. It's designed as a sanctuary with a warm, cosy home feel. The upsatirs level is the living area with an open-plan kitchen, lounge and 4 bedrooms. There is a spare bedroom that is available with a comfortable, fairly new queen-sized bed on offer. The bathroom offers a step in bath/shower, basin and heated towel rail. The toilet is seperate with a small basin. The other bedrooms are not available unless specifically requested. There is a spacious and comfy outdoor lounge suite on the sunny north facing deck with adequate sun shade. The south facing back deck is the perfect spot to cool off and practice your gold swing. There is a hitting net and a putting green to sharpen your short game. There is a third tier to the property which has a grass and fruit trees including lemons, plums, feijoas and grapefruit. the fourth tier has an abundance of blueberry bushes and living among them are 4 cheeky chooks. You are welcome to the eggs that they provide. We are located in an area with a variety of nature spots to walk the dogs.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

Our home is situated in a cul-de-sac, which means traffic is light and the neighbourhood is generally quiet. We love being able to take a 30-40 minute loop walk in a nearby reserve with a stream running through. We feel central to most destinations in Tauranga, with only a 15-20 minute drive to town

We have two adorable spoodles. Poppy and Alba are half sisters. Poppy is an 8-year-old female who loves cuddles, connection and is full of joy. She enjoys retrieving balls, sticks, and pretty much if you throw it and she'll fetch it! Alba is a 5-year-old female who is attached to her older sister. She is affectionate with her human companions and loves her meal times. As she was born and raised in lockdown, she has some leash anxiety and is very cautious around other dogs when she is on lead. Her happy place is the beach and the forest where she has expansive space to do zoomies and gain confidence.

Poppy and Alba require daily walks, and at least once or twice a week, an extended adventure walk on the beach or at the reserve such as Waipuna Park (only 6 minute drive from here). They are raw fed, which means their food is defrosted the day before. It's an easy routine once you get into a rhythm.

They are healthy girls and do not require any special medical care.

We also have chickens who require daily feeding and relatively easy maintenance of their coop. You are welcome to all the eggs they generously provide!
