Our home

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a large kitchen and a garage. You will be sleeping either in the master bedroom (king bed) or the spare room (queen bed). The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a walkway (2 houses away) to the Silverstream track. It is private and has a reasonable sized lawn/garden area.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

It's a quiet and safe, but convenient area, about a 15min walk or short drive from the Mosgiel shops, cafes, library and parks. The Silverstream track is nearby for walking.

Our pets

Billy, a male Border Collie, who will be just under 2 yrs at the time. Care will involve feeding twice a day, putting in kennel at night, 1-2 walks per day, and keeping him company when you are home.

Average - Garden care is not essential but would be great if you can mow the lawn about 1x week (we have an electric mower), water pot plants and water glasshouse and vege garden. There will be fruit and veges you can help yourself to in the garden including blueberries and raspberries, tomatoes and other veges.
