Radar is a friendly, affectionate 4yr old Swedish Vallhund who loves people and enjoys being part of the family. He has a good routine and is happiest when that routine is maintained. He is fed twice a day, enjoys a daily walk, and loves playing with toys (especially sticks and his favourite flamingo!).

Radar is generally an easy dog to care for, but he does have a few quirks that I'll explain in detail before the sit. Like many herding breeds, he can be vocal and will bark if someone comes to the house or if something catches his attention. He can also be startled by loud noises such as fireworks.

If Radar picks up something he shouldn't have, the best approach is to calmly exchange it for a treat rather than trying to take it from him, as he can become possessive of prized items. This simple routine works well and avoids any issues.

Radar isn't crated and has free run of the house and fully fenced section. More than anything, he enjoys company and will happily spend the evening relaxing with you after his walk.
