Lovely and sunny, warm in the summer months, basement garage so living area upstairs. a 3 bedroom house and a good sized outdoor area. Views of St Clair and over to South Dunedin. Very close to shops and a quick commute into Dunedin. A lovely quiet street with lovely neighbours.

Super friendly cat who loves company. My little dog is a bichon friese cross also very friendly but requires a little bit more assistance. She has bladder issues after previous back surgery so has to wear a nappy, this of course requires changing regularly. She loves company but is ok on her own for a few hours if you want to explore our lovely city. She can go on very short walks but something very flat and easy, and needs to avoid anything strenuous due to the previous injury. She has been used to all day company as my late husband’s constant companion but is now getting used to mum not being able to be home all day. I do currently have a lady coming in once a day to check on her and to mainly change her nappy. This would not happen during a house sit.
