Our home

We have a 110 m2 (approximate), 3 bedroom, one bathroom, town house, located just a few minutes walk from local shops including an excellent cafe and bakery and 10 minutes drive to local beaches, restaurants, cafes and St Clair heated Salt Water pool. We are only 15 minutes drive to the CBD. The back section is fully fenced and secure and has a large deck accessed via french doors off the dining room which gets sun for most of the day. There is one off street car park and plenty of on-street parks. There is a bus stop within a few minutes walk of the house servicing direct routes to the beach, local shops or the CBD.

We live in close proximity to one of the best surf beaches in NZ, a heated salt water swimming pool, excellent cafes and restaurants and a multitude of differed walking tracks including the Flagstaff skyline track with breathtaking views over the city, harbour and surrounds.

We have two beautiful dogs and a cat. Pip is a German Short Haired Pointer x Springer Spaniel who loves off-leash walks, adventures and people, Lola is a Griffin x Shih Tzu x Maltease who also loves walks and company. Pip needs 2 good walks a day (around 1-2 hours total) and Lola, one walk a day/ every second day. Both dogs love people and are socialised around other dogs. Luna the cat also loves company. All the pets are fed twice per day.

Average - Watering half a dozen inside pot plants every few days, depending upon the weather; watering a few outside pot plants once per week. We would also appreciate our small lawn (roughly 5-6 m2) being mowed once a week.
