Our home

Well presented 2 storey home with bathroom upstairs and diwn stairs. All guest sleep upstairs. Open plan kitchen dining lounge area. We use free standing log fire for heating day and night. If house sitter nit confident to use there is a thermal heater to use upstairs and downstairs as an alternative. Lovely rural views out all windows. House set on a hill in established garden with a paddock on one side.

favoriteWhat we love about our area

Ten minutes into town but living rurally. Local pub and dairy just 300 m down the road. Part of the cycle trail here and great walks along the river. Lovely neighbours.

Internal stairs, Steep driveway / walkway, Step in bath/shower, Concrete drive is short and semi steep. One coeliac in the house so cooking ingredients are Gf . As husband isn't, there are normal spreads but care when using appliances to help reduce cross contamination with good washing down would be appreciated.

Harry the cat is getting old, He has cat door to a room that can be made seperate from rest of house. Fed morning and night. His own boss
Flynn the dog is a super friendly fox terrier cross. Lots of love to give and has free run of the property with gate always closed and sleeps in garage at night. Loves going for regular walks.

In summer a lot more watering. I love my garden and pots.
