I live in a warm and sunny house, in a quiet residential area. You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom. The section is pretty small but has a nice patio at the back.

Wainui is a great area for hiking, biking and just enjoying the outdoors at Catchpool Valley and the Coast Road, and Petone beach (and restaurants!) is only a 10 minute drive away. There are bus stops and a Countdown supermarket within walking distance.

I have 3 greyhounds and 2 adult indoor cats. Main responsibilities are feeding them twice a day, regular litter cleaning and walking the dogs. Since the cats are indoors only, it's very important not to leave doors or windows open! Other than that, they're pretty low maintenance. They are all at least partly raw fed so you will have to be comfortable handling raw meat. The dogs need walking a couple of times a day for about 20-30 minutes (but they can also go for a couple hours if that's more your thing!).

You'll need to be an early riser as they are used to being fed around 6am and they will make sure you're well aware of this!
