Warkworth Rodney

My husband Chris and I are retired, late 60"s. We live on a 23 acre lifestyle block in Matakana.

We have a 2 1/2 year old cavoodle called Honey. She is adorable, loving and obedient. She loves human company, walks on the farm and beach, and being around the house with lots of love and attention. She also loves driving in the car!

The house is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, has a great kitchen and gorgeous views. We have a large barn with farm equipment and an extra fridge.....and lots of room for children's storage!

There are 4 vegetable plots that can be used and tended to if that is your thing. There are also 6 sheep and 4 cattle which require occasional paddock moving.

We are located 3.9km to Matakana boutique village and the farmers market, and 6km to Warkworth, with supermarkets, banks, cafes and shops etc. 10km to Omaha Beach.
