Fernside Rangiora, North Canterbury

Attractive rural house on 30 acres, 1o minutes from Rangiora. 30 minutes from Christchurch. The house sitter(s) would only have responsibility for feeding and looking after our 2 house dogs (a small 10 year old chihuahua cross and a very friendly 3 year old Airedale) and watering a few pot and patio plants. No gardening or farm work is needed at this time of year. The comfortable house has a gas fire in the living room and a heat pump. References needed, please. Would suit a mature person or couple. Only non-smokers and no parties, please.
