Blenheim Marlborough

The house is in the Delta Lake heights area with nice views on the Richmond range. The section is 1.5ha with 2 paddocks and a settled garden.
The 2 horses, Haylo & Ebonie, will need mainly feeding. Our older dog, Max, is 14 and needs medication daily, a lot of reassuring and petting. Missy is a 3 years old labrador, full of energy, that is always ready for a pet or a ball to catch. Both dogs must sleep inside every night and will try to share your room... The cat Meow Meow is easy and will clearly ask when he wants to come in or out (no cat door).
The house is easy to maintain, modern and all on one level. Indoor plants as well as some outside pots will need a weekly drink. Mowing the lawn may be needed twice as we'll be in winter.
