We need a house sitter

Northland - Whangarei

Dave and I are both retired and live in Waipu. We require a sitter for our two small dogs.
Larry, a Maltes Bijon 12 Laid back Larry as we call him and Gus a Chihuahua 10 who thinks he is a Great Dane. They are very easy dogs to look after and love to snuggle up with who ever is here. All we ask really is to love and look after the boys take them for their walks around the adjacent cemetery river etc which is out our back gate, plus enjoy yourself while here, water the veggie garden and small part of flower garden when needed

If you are travelling around in a caravan /motor home and it's not tooo big there is room to park
We are by the Waipu River and ajacent to the Waipu Cemetery
We would like you to come a day before so they can get to know you and you get to know them. Or if passing call in for a cup of tea and a natter

Maggie and Dave, Larry and Gus and the town of Waipu will always hold the most special of places in my heart. Larry and Gus are such affectionate and well behaved dogs and made me giggle a lot too - great company! The location was stunning and the area wonderful to explore (I strongly suggest everyone grabs at least one pizza from down the road) :) Maggie and Dave are wonderful, kind and fantastic communicators. What a wonderful house, great location and 2 gorgeous little dogs. Jan and I had a fantastic time looking after Larry and Gus and we really enjoyed Waipu and the surrounds. Maggie and Dave are very kind and very helpful, they left no stone unturned with every bit of information we could have needed during our stay. We are very much looking forward to be able to stay with Larry and Gus next summer when we return to NZ. Thank you guys, it was very special. Rob and Jan

No rating We had a very enjoyable house sit for Maggie and Dave, who made us feel at home. The dogs Gus and Larry were no trouble and enjoyed their walks each day. Maggie and Dave have a lovely garden and with a view of the sea it made for a perfect house sit,.
