Sumner Christchurch

The house is located on the flat in Sumner, which is a sea side village in Christchurch. House is located a 5 min walk from the beach. We have a large dog who is very gentle, but is a large dog so needing someone who has had experince with animals. Would need to have them come round before im away and meet is also a requirment. Would be required to walk Datsun at least twice a day down at the beach and also feed him morning and evening. I have a few house plants that will need a water once a week. No garden work required. House has a wood burner and heaps of fire wood. Also has two heat pumps inside
