Not Ashburton can’t change region on listing. We are Between Pleasant Point and Cave on 6 acres with stunning rural views. Large fully restored villa with all the modern conveniences. Log burner and radiators throughout the house.
20 mins from Timaru 50 mins from Lake Tekapo.
We have an outdoor aviary for cockatiels, bourkes, budgies & quail. A small indoor aviary for canaries. 2 small indoor dogs 1 large outdoor dog.
