Little River Banks Peninsula

We are a Little River based couple looking for someone to look after our luxurious yurt and mini labradoodle, Koda, who will be just over a year old when we head away. Our ideal scenario is to find someone who is home most days, and is happy to keep up with the training routines we’ve set up with Koda. He responds super well to training and is a great adventure buddy. He’s crate trained and sleeps through the night in his crate, inside the yurt. We usually take him for 1-2 training walks a day, and he can stay in his outdoor kennel when we are away from home, or busy at home during the day.

Our 6m yurt is well insulated and has a little wood burner which keeps it nice and toasty. We’ve stocked plenty of firewood. We have a projector and drop screen as well as surround sound speaker setup for epic movie night delights in bed (new ecosa mattress is super comfy). Our kitchen is enclosed outside on the deck, walled in to protect from the elements, and has an infrared heater and plenty of appliances. The outdoor bath is insulated and plumbed in with a gorgeous view down the valley. We have a composting toilet and an outdoor shower, as well as a washing machine.

The veggie garden will need minimal attention in winter and should still provide some herbs and greens. Indoor plants will need occasional watering.
