Whitby Porirua

We have a spacious split level home with 3 bedrooms and an office with 2 desks. The house is on a quiet street with a fully fenced back yard. It is 20 minutes drive to Wellington, 10 minutes to Porirua, 2 minutes to Whitby Shopping Centre and 6 minutes to Paremata Station. There is also a bus stop at the end of the street.

Our dog is a happy, gentle, medium-sized Labradoodle who likes to be close by. She needs 2 walks a day totaling at least 1.5 hours per day. Whitby has loads of walkways and footpaths. She doesn't shed, however she does need a weekly brush.

Depending on the weather, the garden may need to be watered and the lawns mowed. Houseplants will also need watering.
