Pleasant Point Timaru

We are travelling to Europe to attend the Paris Olympics and are looking for a house sitter who is capable with and enjoys animals while we are away.
We live in a weatherboard villa in a lovely quiet town called Pleasant Point. We have a lovely cafe in the village, train station, a pub & restaurant, supermarket and twice a month there is a farmers market all within easy walking distance of our house. Our house has four large bedrooms and the master has an ensuite. We have a lovely wood burner fireplace that’s super cosy in winter.
We have 5 acres of land in front of our house. We have a kitten called ‘Boots’, a golden retriever called ‘Baxter’ who will need to be walked daily and 2 fish.
I am a dressage rider so we have four horses (2 horses and 2 small ponies) that will need to be hardfed and checked twice a day. We also have two friendly chickens. Pleasant Point is a great base to explore the region with timaru a 20 minute drive away, Fairlie and Geraldine 30mins and Lake Tekapo 1 hour
