Karaka Papakura

We live in Karaka Harbourside (a five minute drive from Papakura), in a quiet and modern subdivision with lovely walking paths, including a pond and harbour views. It is only a 10 minute walk to a small shopping centre, and we have a bus stop just over the road. We have a modern well insulated home with a heat pump, and a small easy care section and garden. The lawn may need mowing once if possible . We have one very cute little 17 month old Cavoodle named Rosie. She loves to go for walks each day and is very social with other dogs. She can be a little bit timid around people at first, but once she is confident with you, she is very friendly and loves sitting on your knee. Please email us if you think this would suit you.
