4 bedroom home centrally located in Rotorua, surrounded by good neighbours. Large rumpus room set up as guest room with own bathroom etc so wouldn't need to use our personal bedrooms if only a single or couple took on the job. Very affectionate blue staffy to look after - is good with our two kids. Is used to company as I work from home and is also used to coming in the car. Loves the dog park at the redwoods and several dog friendly parks walking distance from home.
