3 Bedroom modernised villa style home in a quiet neighbour friendly Bayswater.
It is only a 10-minute drive from the lovely Devonport suburb, which has many beaches, restaurants, cafes, shops, a supermarket, etc.
Small section with a small lawn to mow and a minor bit of watering depending on weather. Indoors plant pots just once a week.
We live near the Bayswater marina so walks in the neighbourhood are lovely and swimming just down the road. Ferry into the city is also just 15 mins walk away.
Lots of space, cosy as we have all house vented heating and outdoor fire place.
Cooper, our dog, is a West Highland terrier who is 12 years old. He is independent, likes playing, and loves short walks. He loves having company around, so this housesitter needs someone who is around the home every day (not all day) but wouldn't suit full-time workers who are away from home every day all day.
This house and dog is not suitable for children.
Neighbourhood is super friendly.
