Conveniently located near the entry to Mosgiel from the Dunedin motorway. Countdown supermarket is ten minutes walk away, the main street of Mosgiel is about 20 minutes walk away.

Louie - our ten year old Golden Retriever loves people and quiet walks around our surrounding neighbourhood.

Maggie (4 years) and Beans (2 years) - our two cats love lounging on our couch and beds, and are always up for a smoochy cuddle.

Low maintenance garden site, only lawn mowing and some garden watering would be required.
