Matarangi Thames-Coromandel

Beautiful, warm, modern 2 bed home. Fire place. Nice rural views. Close to some of Coromandel's best beaches. 3 easy going horses - must be reasonably confident handling them. 2 beautiful dogs that require a walk in the mornings then lots of pats after that. You'll probably need to drive to the local beach (3mins) to take them for a walk. This can be done in our car, or you could just walk around on the lifestyle block. Cat (Tui) is easy care and basically does whatever she wants.

Our place is about 25mins into Whitianga, however 4Square, Cafes etc less than 5mins.

Dates are slightly flexible at this stage.
