Milford North Shore City

Hello, our house is situation in Milford, on the North Shore of Auckland - 8mins by car to the Viaduct and 20mins up north to Dairy Flat.
25 mins walking distance to Milford beach, we take our 2 dogs (1 border collie girl aged 4, and a rescue greyhound/huntaway girl aged 14 months) for nice long runs. We also have nice parks near by for their daily walks. We like to do daily mental training to keep them entertained and calm, as these are 2 energetic breeds and therefore will be at their best if walked daily, and trained regularly.

It is a 3 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, over 2 levels (downstairs is a super cozy rumpus room where we do our yoga in the morning and the kids lounge after school!) and lovely large wrap around terraces with views of Rangitoto and the islands, as well as Lake Pupuke.

The house is not huge and therefore easily manageable to keep in tidy state. surrounded by bay windows, and French doors, we enjoy sunrise and sunset and lots of natural light all day long, We have been renovating the house for the past 4 years and it is our pride and joy so would be looking for guests sitters to have the same pride when staying there. We have a small lawn and garden (fruit trees, herbs) which will need watering, but in general is low maintenance

Great location with main supermarkets near by (walking distance) and bus right outside the house, a car is not a must to be out and about and enjoy what our area has to offer.
