Little River Banks Peninsula

Modern warm brick house 10min walk to village. Cafe is well known and has beautiful food. There is also a local Inn. Little River is on the main tourist route to Akaroa.
One medium sized spoodle dog 18months who requires morning walk and cannot be left alone but has a place to go if you need to go to city for the day. Would really suit retired person. Thai is a very loving dog who has lived with Mum and Dad on hand 24/7. (Spoilt)
Garden is mainly self care but frost cloth made need to go over citrus plants if required.
