Stef

Looking for empathetic & caring companion/s for our pets for July -- WED 03/07/2024 - WED 10/07/2024.

Mostly easy-care.
1x dog, 2 lazy cats, and 5 guinea pigs in indoor cages and outdoor run to be taken to if it's a hot day inside.

The cats love to lounge, sleep and smooch.

The 5 guinea pigs love to be placed outside periodically to get some sun and grass ( an a mad wee runabout) in their pen

Our dog would need at least 1 walk a day He's a sweet cattle-dog / mixed breed and very responsive to commands, gentle and kind-natured

The house is a Modern, 3 bedroom home with large deck and grassed area in beachy Papamoa.

Easy walk to parks ( one around the corner, and one on opposite block)
Easy walking to beach ( 10 mins )

A 3 mins drive ( 10 min easy walk) to supermarket, cafe and bar/bistro
A direct drive to the highway - or the beach.
7 mins drive to Mt Maunganui, 7 mins drive to Papamoa Plaza shopping precinct

Easy 8-10 min walk to the nearest beach
10 min walk to local supermarket & cafe & bistro
2 min walk to takeaways & cafe

We live in a quiet street where most people know each-other. Our dog is even best friends with the dog across the street.

We are so grateful for the opportunity Stef gave us to care for her home and her beautiful fur babies. Stef was always very kind to us and clear with her instructions regarding the care of her babies. In fact, she left us a very complete manual with the necessary information to be able to provide an excellent service. Her pets are adorable and very well behaved. Had a lovely time minding the dog, cats and guinea pigs at Stef’s. The pets are so cute and loved playing and being petted🙂 Stef was great with the communication and the house is in such a gorgeous location

We had a lovely housesit in Stef's comfortable and well-equipped home - the kitties were friendly and really adorable, very easy to look after. We also looked after the guinea pigs and they were also very easy to look after, we fed them veggies by hand and having never had any guinea pigs as pets I loved that!! Stef and Scott were very warm and welcoming and very organized on information and instructions for the pets. Fletch the dog was great. We loved our morning walks together and he often encouraged me to play tug in the afternoons. Sooty and Skye the cats fitted in very well and the guineas fed and slept to their hearts content.
