Te Kauwhata

Small lifestyle property located near Rangiriri. Approx 10 minutes to Te Kauwhata and 40 minutes to Hamilton. Approx 1.4 hectares used for grazing our horses and lots of fruit trees! When we moved in the previous owners advised us that you can pick a variety of fruit every day of the year! We are travelling to the UK and require someone to look after the house/land and our horses. Experience with horses is essential. Our family home is well looked after and we also have a small room separate to the house for visitors with an en suite. Would prefer to meet with the sitters before they stay.
