Hi everybody.
4 bedroom old villa on 1 ha lifestyle block in Opaki 5km north of Masterton. Great views of the ranges from the deck over the vineyard and paddocks. Rural but near to town. Very friendly 8 yr old Collie X to walk and throw the ball for and 13 y/o cat. Walking distance to a restaurant and vineyards but car needed to get into town. Heat pumps/wetback stove, wifi and all the things you would expect in a family home. Make yourself at home in the garden if you want but no specific care needed.
