Snells Beach Rodney

We are situated within walking distance of Snells Beach with views of Kawau Bay. Home has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, heat pumps and is reasonably modern and tidy with a nice indoor outdoor flow onto covered decks.
5-10 minute drive to Warkworth for supermarkets and shopping or Matakana where there is a cinema.
We have two SMALL dogs that are excited to see you and jump up but quickly chill out and are happy to just guard the backyard. They are both female long haired Lhasa Apso Maltese cross. They require to be fed daily and walked (to beach and back is sufficient) if the weather allows. Not a good idea to walk in the rain due their long coats.
They will happily spend the day at home if you wish to go out and explore the area. At night they are happiest sleeping on the bed with company. Due to the nature of their long coat can occasionally require a clean up, paws, face and bum. They require access to toilet outside for which they just free range. Backyard is fenced.
Cat is mostly self sufficient, She just requires a fresh feed daily at night and her biscuits she grazes need to be checked.
