West Melton Christchurch

We are located on 5 acres in West Melton, 5 minutes from the township. We have 3 dogs, 2 horses and a cat who need caring for. We are hoping to find someone who can stay at our place and keep our dogs company. The dogs are used to being home alone during the day for a few hours a few times a week. But we are looking for someone whose home in the morning and late arvo/evening at a minimum. The dogs are big smoochy lovely dogs, but you do need to keep an eye on them with living on a lifestyle block, so can’t just be left to roam the yard, or they will wander into neighbouring farms. We have 2 horses who will need feeding once in the afternoon/evening, and ideally I need someone confident with horses as depending on the weather they have their rugs taken off in the morning and put back on at night. The cat you will likely hardly see! Our home is in a peaceful quiet setting. We have a lovely outdoor area with a pool for use in summer, and a spa for use in winter. We go away often over holiday weekends, and longer stints over the Christmas/New Year period. We would love to book someone for future stays as well!
