Upper Moutere Tasman

We live in a great part of the country with great winter weather, Our place is a lifestyle block of 5 acres, much of which is bush. Our house is warm, double glazed and has woodburner and heatpump. We have an 8 year old Golden Retriever (Luna), who's an outside dog but loves cuddles and walks on the beach. We have 2 sheep, who may require nuts everyday, depending on grass growth. Lawns may require a mow but probably not at that time of year. We are 3kms from the village, up a steep but sealed driveway. Sorry no pets or children.
