Himatangi Beach Manawatu

I live in a cosy updated bach at Himatangi Beach with one cat, four chooks and two rabbits all of whom are rescue animals. My house sitter is no longer available due to a fantastic career opportunity hence I am reactivating my ad. I am out of the country from 25 July to 10 December this year and need my pets (bit spoilt!), home and garden maintained and cared for - all the basics.

Himatangi is a quiet wee community in the Manawatu - Palmerston North is half an hour away, Foxton 10 minutes, Whanganui an hour and Wellington an hour and a half. There is a bowling club, Cossie club and a dairy (with the best fish and chips!) and of course, the great beach.

If you like to go for lengthy walks along the beach, then hunker down by the fire, or soak in an outdoor bath or sit on the deck watching the world go by this may be an opportunity for a change of scene for you.

I think a mature single person would probably be best suited to living in my small whare, it is a great, peaceful lifestyle.
