We need a house sitter

Waikato - North Waikato

Hi

was wondering if you are available for a house sit from 16.10.24 to25.10.24 We are semi rural on a farm, but only 7 minutes drive out of Huntly in the waikato.

Huntly is only a 25 min drive to Hamilton, 45 min to Raglan, and an hour to Waihi Beach.

We have 2 dogs and 1 cat. Lola is our 10 year old catahoula cross dog, and Ella is our 16 year old cat. Trixie is a 2 year old Beardie cross we adopted last year.

We walk the dogs once a day around a local lake Puketirini. This is a beautiful spot where we walk the dogs, mainly off lead. We often go to the dog park in the afternoon so Trixie can play with her friends there. Both dogs are generally good with other dogs.

We have a 2 story, 3 bedroom house with sky TV and also satellite Broadband. Pool table downstairs and an inground para pool which is always nice for a dip in summer.

Come and relax and keep our fur babies company.

We are a couple in our 50's

We took care of Lola, Trixi and Ella for one month and enjoyed the time very much. Lola and Trixi are two very loving, energetic and cuddly dogs. They love to play outside with balls or ropes and also like to swim in the lake. Ella the cat is outside a lot during the day and then comes in at night to snuggle up with you on the couch. This may well be our favourite house sit so far, out of many! We absolutely loved Lola and Ella, so cruisey and affectionate, they really earned a place in our hearts and we were sad to leave. The location is beautiful and scenic, the house and grounds are lovely and very easy care. Leanne and Andrew are great, easy going people. Would recommend and happily house and pet sit again any time!
