Hi, We have a 4 bedroom house based in Onehwero in the Franklin/North waikato region, this is set on 17 acres of land, we recently moved to this property and are going overseas to visit family in May/June. the house is on the top of a ridgeline with beautiful 360 views, The township is a small friendly community vibe and is far enough out of town to have the peace and quiet but also close enough to town to get shopping ect.

we have 3 cats 2 live inside and 1 lives outside, we also have 2 Kuni Kuni pigs who are very friendly, the cats come and go as they please and just require their water and biscuits topped up daily, the pigs get pellets daily and any leftover food scraps.

We have a small/medium lawn that requires mowing with the ride on, i have a small tunnelhouse with seedlings in which is on an automated irrigation system, which all requires is just a glance to make sure its going every couple of days.

There is a rental unit on the property away from the main house down a seperate drieway, which is managed by a property agent so nothing required here, and they will contact our family in the absense of us.
