Auckland

Hi there. We have a small 3 bedroom house on the sunny side of Titirangi in west Auckland. Our back deck has a great view of the Waitakere Ranges where the sun sets every night. The house is modest and old but warm and comfy, even during winter. The quaint village centre is only minutes away and has fantastic cafe’s and restaurants. Of course, beaches abound. We have 2 cats, one young and friendly, the other old and finicky. There are lots of indoor plants and some outdoor garden care would be helpful - at least mowing the lawn. We also own a horse that lives on a farm near Kumeu. Bonus if you have some horsy experience and you’re willing to do some minor maintenance with him a couple times a week.
