We are close to the beach and Queen Elizabeth Park, so if you like the outdoors, there are plenty of trails for you to walk.
There is a dairy close by and a couple of cafes. You can also drive to town to do your major shop at Pack n Save, Countdown, or New World. We live in a quiet community and it is a really quiet house. We have double glazing and heating throughout the house.
The cats: They are outside cats so do not come inside (their choice). They will need feeding twice a day.
The dogs are indoor dogs and need feeding twice a day. And we will provide food for them. We have an 11-year-old Shih Tzu, a 5-year-old dopey medium-sized dog (some sort of farm dog), and a Cairn Terrier x Mini Schnauzer.
Not advisable for families as the Cairn Terrier X is very nervous and needs time to get to know you. He has not been around kids so please no children.
We would appreciate the dogs being walked at least once a day, preferably twice. Leads will be provided. The Shih Tzu only needs one walk a day. He is the couch potato of the family and is blind in one eye.
In conclusion, you will need to like dogs as they are very important to us.
No garden care unless you want to.
