Hi, we are looking for a house/pet sitter in our lovely rural location, just near Pokeno, which has a new Countdown and the famous ice-cream shop!

We have 2 friendly cows, that require pats and head scratches and checking on water troughs. Depending on the time of year/feed available, temporary fences may need to be monitored and cows moved from one side to the next. 1 indoor/outdoor cat, that loves cuddles and sitting on your lap, she is happy to stay inside or be put outside at night too if that is what you prefer. 1 dog, female Golden Retriever, Stella who is 2.5yrs old. She loves any attention, fully house trained. Has big beautiful kennel/run outside but sleeps in our warm, carpeted sleep-out at night. She loves walks, very good on and off-lead. She has good quality biscuits once a day. We have 9 chickens....that can be free-range or left in their big run. They have a feeder that requires filling up and water source changed weekly. We also have a nice big vege garden, it will have lots of veges for you to eat and water if need be. Depending if it is required, we have a ride-on lawnmower for the property too.
Our house is a 4 bedroom Lockwood with fireplace, ensuite and big kitchen, large covered deck, garage, sleep-out/office & carport for 2 vehicles. Good wifi, big smart TV and great access to SH1 & SH2 - just over the Bombays. 1hr to Auckland CBD.
