The home is split level with main living, kitchen, master bedroom, ensuite, separate toilet and separate laundry on the top level whereas the bottom level has 2 additional bedrooms, small living with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The property is elevated with great views. There are excellent bike and walking tracks are nearby. The town of Rangiora is 10 minutes away and 15 minutes to the beach.
There are two dogs, one is a very elderly border collie and small toy dog. Both dogs sleep inside at night. The older dog needs to be let out during the night to toilet.
Campervan parking space is available.
