Shirley Christchurch

We are the property owners of our home. It is a unit with just one adjoining neighbor located in Shirley, Christchurch. The house is two bedroom with open plan style lounge and kitchen. Modern amenities.

Easy walking distance to the Palms mall. Burwood Park / the Horse Shoe Lake Redzone are approximately 5-10 minute walk from our place. Perfect for dog walking!

We have two large dogs. One 4 year old Huntaway who is high energy but the BEST girl. She has excellent recall and is very easy to look after. Our second dog is a 2 year old Golden Retriever. Such a sweet and affectionate boy however not quite as intelligent!

Basic garden care required such as mowing lawns and watering house plants.
